Meet Jennifer Swearingen

Jennifer Swearingen is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and is certified in Family Medicine. She learned from a young age how to care for others as she watched her mother care for her father with MS. It was that impetus that directed her to study nursing. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Coe College. After working in nursing at the University of Iowa for 10 years, Jennifer returned to graduate school. She obtained a Masters of Science in Nursing from Clarke University and received certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She owned and operated an independent family medicine and esthetics practice in Coralville for nearly 11 years. Jennifer trained at The Esthetic Skin Institute in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She has 19 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Most recently, Jennifer worked for the University of Iowa at IRL East Family Medicine in Coralville. She is excited to provide cosmetic services at Revitalize U utilizing her experience with Botox, dermal fillers, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy, laser hair reduction, chemical peels, and vein therapy. Jennifer believes that when you look good you feel good! Her goal is to provide specialized cosmetic services with natural results that improve physical and emotional well-being.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, son-in-law and extended family and friends. She enjoys working out, boating, and traveling.
